Feels soothing. I have been using this on my hand which has been very sore from doing crochet. It feels very soothing when on and I have red that red light therapy can help with pain relief. I also intend to use it for anti aging as well, but first I am focusing on the pain in my hand. I have been using this in conjunction with some magnesium cream and it does give some relief. I willnot say that it takes all of my pain away, but I feel it helps me a bit. I like the velcro straps to keep it on my hand.
