14 Days Return & Refund Policy

Soothease Wellness ("we" and "us") operates the website (https://soothease.co) ("Website"). By placing an order through our Website, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms are established to ensure that both parties are informed and agree on this arrangement to protect and set clear expectations for our services.

1- RETURNS In the realm of personal health and rehabilitation, a product may perform as intended and be effective for many individuals. However, outcomes can vary from person to person.

We highly recommend consulting with your Healthcare Provider (HCP) before purchasing any medical equipment or supplies to maximize the likelihood of a positive outcome.

We cannot guarantee or warrant that a specific product will address your condition or alleviate your symptoms. All products sold by Soothease Wellness are covered by a 1-year replacement warranty for defects.

Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the delivery date. Unfortunately, if 14 days have elapsed, we cannot offer a return, refund, or exchange.

ALL returns MUST be in LIKE NEW condition, including all original packaging and instructions, exactly as we sent them.

Returns with damaged original packaging, adhesive tapes or labels, stains, pet hair, folded cards, broken seals/plastic wrapping, or missing parts will not be accepted.

All returns or exchanges undergo a third-party verification process.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the returned product's condition is not acceptable.

**Due to health, safety concerns, and the hygienic nature of certain products, items that are used or tried are NOT eligible for a refund to protect our employees and customers from additional risk.

Non-refundable items include, but are not limited to:

  • Compression Garments
  • Cervical and Lumbar Traction Devices, Braces, Collars & Accessories (Conditions Apply)
  • Facial Massage Devices
  • TENS/NMES Units
  • Pillows & Cushions
  • All Beauty and Personal Care Devices
  • Cupping/Moxa Devices (FITDASH / ACHEFLY)
  • All Cold Laser Therapy Devices
  • Nebulizers

These items are eligible for Warranty Replacement or Store Credit at 20% off the original value ONLY. Additional exclusions may apply.

ALL CLAIMS OR REQUESTS FOR RETURNS OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS MUST BE MADE BY THE CUSTOMER TO SOOTHEASE WELLNESS WITHIN 72 HOURS OF RECEIVING THE PRODUCT(S) VIA EMAIL.

To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase sent via email upon purchase.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Prior notification is required before returning any item. Notify us by emailing contact@soothease.co.

2- REFUNDS Upon receipt and inspection of your return by a third party, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

We do not refund postage for lost, unclaimed, refused, or undelivered packages.

It is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the postal carrier for undelivered/unclaimed packages.

Refunds may be refused for packages returned due to unpaid import taxes or refused deliveries.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and if initially covered by us, they will be deducted from the return payment.

**All returns are subject to a 25% restocking/disposal fee (Conditions Apply).

The restocking fee is waived for exchanges of equal or similar value, provided the product is in brand new and unused condition.

3- DELIVERY CLAIMS For non-delivery or discrepancies in tracking information, allow 3-5 days for potential delivery delays. If not received after 5 days, contact the carrier to file a claim.

Soothease Wellness is not liable for stolen, lost, or misplaced packages marked as delivered and is not obligated to refund or credit these packages.

We are eager to help find the best solution for delivering your product.

4- LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS If you haven't received a refund, recheck your bank account, then contact your credit card company and bank as there may be a delay in posting your refund.

If after these steps you have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@soothease.co.

5- SALE ITEMS Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Items discounted by 40% or more are final sale and cannot be returned for store credit or refunded.

6- EXCHANGES We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, email us at contact@soothease.co.

7- ORDER CANCELLATION Orders can be canceled within 4 hours if a change of mind occurs. Unfortunately, orders cannot be canceled after 4 hours as they are dispatched
