Where is my order?

Customs Charges

Please be aware that all orders are subject to customs charges, depending on the destination country. We advise checking your country's customs policy before placing an order. Typically, you will receive a notice informing you of any customs charges, and your item will be withheld until the payment is made. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund any customs charges incurred.

Missing Items in Your Order

Our packing team is highly meticulous; however, on rare occasions, an item might be omitted from your order. Should this occur, please contact us, and we will resolve the issue promptly. For verification purposes, we may request a photo of the items you received.

Canceling Your Order

If you change your mind or realize a mistake after placing your order, we can accommodate a cancellation request within 24 hours of the order being placed. Please contact us. Provided that the order hasn't been shipped and it’s within the 24-hour window, we will process your cancellation and refund, minus a $6.99 restocking fee. Please ensure you are completely certain before placing your order. Note that once an order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it.

Manufacturing and Shipping of Soothease Products

Soothease products are manufactured in China to leverage cost efficiencies in production and shipping. Orders with Free Shipping are dispatched directly from our Shanghai warehouse, while orders with Express Shipping are shipped from our Chicago warehouse. Please refer to our shipping policy for more details.

Return Policy

Most Soothease products are designed for personal use, requiring direct contact with the body, and hence, cannot be reused by others. Consequently, all sales are final, except for items that may have been damaged during transit. For more information, please visit our return policy page.
